ABSTRACT
A case of myxoma has been reported as the source of tricuspid valve stenosis was detected with threedimensional echocardiography. Therefore, it is important for clinicians to detect the myxoma early via echocardiography to prevent complications, such as syncope, sudden death, and thromboembolic events. This report presents the case of a 56-year-old male whose clinical manifestation of right atrial myxoma was an dyspnea.
