ABSTRACT
As a result of developing and charging socio- economical as many people as possible have been sources for many other problems. As insult of the intensive pressure of the routine works and boredom of the daily works that are booming more and more monotone, workers’ becoming less motivated and so getting less productivity have taken the first number among these problems. In order to be able to orient the employees to words the principles of the organization and get the necessary productivity, it is necessary to make him love his job ad let him motivated enough for his work. Especially in recent years it has been in the area of the scientists and the managers to motivate the employees and although a of samples have been developed concerning this subject so far, the motivation of the workers haven’t be able to come to an end yet.
